What Hired does

Hired prepares, tracks and files business paperwork for contractors: licence renewals, requests for insurance certificates, preliminary notices, statutory lien waivers, certified payroll reports and prequalification documents.

What Hired does not do

Hired is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Mechanic's lien claims and bond claims are prepared by independent partner attorneys, under their own engagement with you. Hired is not an insurance agency: it does not sell, bind or issue insurance or certificates of insurance; certificates come from your insurance agent.

Your approval

Nothing is filed, sent or charged until you approve it. You confirm that the facts you give us are true; forms are filed on the facts you supply.

Prices

Our prices are shown before you approve each job. Government fees are passed through at cost. The year plan renews yearly and can be cancelled any time before renewal.

Deadlines

We put deadlines on your calendar and work ahead of them, but a deadline we were not told about, or facts that reach us late, can be missed. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the job concerned.
